Insemination with donor
The clinic are experts in the treatment of infertility.
Treatment includes hormone stimulation (tablet or injection) if deemed necessary, ultrasound control of egg maturation and ovulation induction with Ovitrelle. 36-38 hours later, insemination is performed where purified sperm is introduced into the uterine cavity via a thin catheter.
Facts and FAQ
Treatment is cancelled if too many follicles develop due to the risk of multiple pregnancy. If there is no pregnancy, the procedure is repeated by appointment. If the test is positive, you will have an ultrasound in week 7-8. Donor sperm is ordered from Danish sperm banks such as European Sperm Bank, Cryos or SelmerDiers.
