Examination before fertility treatment

The clinic are experts in examinations for infertility.


An assessment includes an interview, blood tests (AMH, hormones), ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries, and semen analysis in men. A fallopian tube examination (HSU) and cycle assessment may also be performed. The results will determine further treatment plan.

Approximately 40 % of fertility problems are female, 40 % male and 20 % a combination. In women, PCOS, endometriosis or problems with the passage of the fallopian tubes are often found, while reduced sperm quality is the most common male cause.

You will be given a plan that may include IUI, IVF/ICSI, hormone therapy or other measures depending on the cause and need.
